年, 又過年

No matter you started driving at 4am(as what my cousin did), 10am (my dad) or myself at 3pm on CNY eve, you will just ended up in the bumper to bumper highway. For the 15km strech between Sungai Buloh & Rawang i was only able to crawled at the speed of 10km/h. So, for this 15km i had spent almost an hour. Its a 3-car lane for this stretch, i am not able to imagine whats going to happen after this when it enter into 2-car lane. Am i going to miss the reunion dinner? How i hope i can just turn back home.

But things just happened strangly, the traffic eased better after Rawang even it become 2 lanes. So, are you telling me all the people balik kampung to Rawang? And i just dont understand why there were so many non chinese on the road contributing to the traffic. Why couldnt them delay their balik kampung trip or holiday plans for just 1 day? You know, it could make a lot of difference. To me, there were just too many question marks for the cause of this traffic jam.

Alright, instead of the normal 2 hour drive, i spent 3.5 hour to reach Ipoh. Sounded not too bad, right? But for people like me who dislike the CNY routine at Ipoh, this had worsen the case.
